Lived here for 3 years, from 2019 to 2021. Roommate placement was great over the 6 different roommates over the years. Maintenance responded fast. I never had an issue with internet while gaming/streaming and doing online classes during covid. Short distance to campus but the included regularly scheduled bus ride to campus was great with the rare delays. Always was able to negotiate free reserved parking when I renewed my lease. During the name change from Avenue North to Alight, they replaced all the appliances and carpet in the apartment. I had no issue living here every year. The gym was small but was kept clean, as well as the pool. They never entered the apartment without prior notice even the upgrade were taking place. I kept the apartment clean and was never charged with a damage fee when I moved out. Would definitely recommend.
