I contacted Indiana Restoration after serv-pro failed to come out to the house and inspect the water damage on my ceiling. Andy was the initial inspector who wrote up the estimate for repair, and Mike was the contractor who scheduled the repairs as well as provided communication with and between the men assigned to the work. The level of professionalism shown during the project was phenomenal. Between the stellar communication, hard work towards tenting and protecting appliances and counter tops in my kitchen, and all the gentlemen who kicked ass during demo and installation, I was blown away. I've been around contractors at work who dedicated significantly less considerations towards the public work area than the gentleman from Indiana Restoration.
